Worldwide Exclusive UseWith our Worldwide Exclusive Use Image Licenses, your image is assured never to be resold, and you retain complete proprietary rights. This full-buyout option is best suited for brands looking to create innovative and iconic marketing campaigns that no one else can mimic. 2. Non-Exclusive RightsA Non-Exclusive Image License allows you to purchase an image and use it as you see fit, but it does not grant you proprietary or exclusive rights to the image. Because you do not own the image (and therefore do not have the right to resell it), a Non-Exclusive Image License enables Paul to sell the same image to other brands for use in their own marketing or branding initiatives. 3. Royalty FreeIf you’re looking for low-cost usage privileges, this is it. You will not own these photographs, but a Royalty-Free Image License allows you to pay a one-time fee in exchange for the right to use one of our images for one defined purpose and timeframe. You’ll still have to agree to a set of predefined terms (including copyright permissions), but this is the most affordable way to license one of our photographs. Her creative process seems like a yin and yang, with a strong passion for each end of the colour spectrum—from black and white to art that displays a visual feast of colour..These different parts of her artistic persona balance each other.
